Federconsorzi Dolomiti Superski, as well as the adhering valley consortia, act in the name and on behalf of the lift companies involved in the transport of persons via lift facilities by means of a mandate of representation provided for by art. 1704 of the Italian Civil Code conferred by the lift companies (the principal contractors), who are responsible for the exercise and exclusive management of the respective lift facilities and carry the relative responsibility for transport services.
In accordance with the current fiscal legislation and the mandate of representation conferred, neither Federconsorzi Dolomiti Superski nor the adhering valley consortia can issue an invoice as proof of purchase, but only a payment attestation of the purchases made.
Any dispute arising from the failure to provide a transport service of an adhering lift company, or the inadequacy or absence of safety measures on the slopes and lifts and the absence or insufficient adoption of health protocols which may have caused any kind of damage to owner of a valid lift ticket, may be brought by the ticket holder exclusively against the lift company, as the last is responsible for the transport service and the safety of the slopes, indemnifying so the website operator from any concurrent liability.
