Wines with a distinctive character –over the past few years, the winemakers from Völs have been pursuing this goal with unceasing hard work and professionalism. And today, the results of their labours are appreciated on both the national and international scene. The winemakers will be there in person to guide you through the evening and treat you to a wealth of fascinating information on everything from cultivation and harvesting through to the pressing of the grapes. The wines are paired with one-off menus and culinary treats, created expressly for these evenings by the restaurateurs from Völs.
