Hiking is also a unique nature experience in winter: the 15 kilometres of cleared winter trails turn the area around the Rosengarten massif into a true winter wonderland for all the family. Let the chill winter scents put a spring in your step, whether on easy walks or demanding tours! The ski lifts of the Carezza ski resort – including the exclusive Cabrio cable car in Tiers am Rosengarten/Tires al Catinaccio and the cable car in Welschnofen/Nova Levante – will bring you to your starting point, both stress- and car-free!
You don’t need any special technical equipment for a winter hike – with sturdy, weatherproof hiking boots and appropriate winter clothing you can explore the hiking area around Carezza on its numerous marked and cleared paths. Trek through the winter world between the Schlern and Rosengarten massifs, through mountain villages and along circular trails – and watch this wonderful winter landscape conjure up excited rosy-red cheeks!
