Snow production in action

Facts and figures

Here, 40 is the magic number: it’s the number of kilometres of slopes, with 15% black, 30% red and 55% blue. Difficulty increases with altitude, allowing everyone to enjoy skiing with others who share the same attitude or skill level. With 13 lifts to get you where you want to be and 200 snow cannons, it’s always glittering white in Carezza! The sun too plays its part, shining for eight whole hours a day.

Skiing or tobogganing on the Hubertus slope

Quick as a flash from city to slopes

Right under the Catinaccio massif and facing the Latemar range, you can zoom, carve or even “wedel” down the slopes, with amazing views over the mountain scenery of South Tyrol and Trentino... Yet Carezza is just 15 minutes by car from the South Tyrolean capital of Bolzano! Direct from the city into a winter wonderland.

The ski area also offers ski schools and children’s areas  for beginners and junior visitors, while there are ski hire shops if you decide on a spontaneous day’s skiing, as well as a snowpark for wild freestylers and trick skiers! The Carezza mountain huts will also provide you with something to eat, a quick break and a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
